A Yau Tong site has been awarded to Kowloon Development Company on a 50-year land grant at a premium of $1.582 billion, the Lands Department announced today.
The site is Yau Tong Inland Lot No. 42, with site area of 3,240 square metres.
Its maximum gross floor area is 29,160 square metres.
The developer is required to construct a car park and build at least 345 flats.
