The Civil Engineering & Development Department has invited interested tenderers to apply for prequalification for the contract for the Kai Tak Development - Stage 2 Infrastructure Works for Developments at the Southern Part of the Former Runway.
The prequalification notice was gazetted today.
The works are scheduled to start in mid-2015, with phased completion between end-2017 and the first quarter of 2019.
The department has commissioned AECOM Asia Company to supervise the works.
Interested contractors can obtain prequalification documents from the company at 8/F Grand Central Plaza, Tower 2, Sha Tin.
Closing time is noon on September 29.
Completed prequalification applications should be placed in the Civil Engineering & Development Department Tender Box at 7/F Empire Centre, Tsim Sha Tsui.
