A Fanling residential site will be sold by public tender, the Lands Department announced today.
Fanling Sheung Shui Town Lot No. 255 has a site area of 2,828 square metres and is designated for non-industrial purposes.
The minimum gross floor area is 11,701 sq m while the maximum is 19,501, including the public car park to be constructed by the purchaser.
The developer must build at least 250 residential units.
The tender invitation will open from August 15 to September 26.
Final conditions of sale will be uploaded to the department’s website by August 15, when the tenders’ particulars will also be gazetted.
