Special arrangements will be implemented for reserving ad hoc quotas for cross-boundary private cars, as Mainland authorities will suspend operations during the National Day holiday from October 1 to 7, the Transport Department says.

Qualified vehicle owners interested in reserving quotas with start dates from October 1 to November 4 can click here to make reservations.

Applicants must complete formalities at agencies in Hong Kong designated by Mainland authorities upon approval.
