The Lands Department issued three pre-sale consents for residential developments and one pre-sale consent for commercial development in the first quarter of this year.
The three residential consents involved 3,440 uncompleted units. Two developments in Tseung Kwan O and Tuen Mun, comprising 1,723 units, are set for completion this year. The remaining development in Tsuen Wan, comprising 1,717 units, will be completed in 2015.
As at the end of last month, 21 applications for residential consent involving 5,116 units, and six applications for commercial consent were being processed.
In addition, two applications for consent to assign involving 1,173 residential units were being processed.
