Transport complaints fall 4%

The Transport Complaints Unit received 4,501 complaints and suggestions in the first quarter. Ninety were pure suggestions.The number of cases represents a 4% decrease on the previous quarter but a slight increase of 0.5% year on year.
The complaints and suggestions mostly related to public transport services (87%), enforcement matters (8%) and traffic conditions (3%).
