The Centre for Health Protection is investigating a Legionnaires' disease case.
The male patient, aged 65 with underlying illnesses, lives in Tin Fu Court, Tin Shui Wai.
Sixty-seven Legionnaires' cases have been reported so far this year.
There were 75 and 66 cases in 2016 and 2015.
