Secretary for Home Affairs Lau Kong-wah will visit Hangzhou and Ningbo from September 21 to 24.
In Hangzhou, Mr Lau, accompanied by representatives from Hong Kong cultural organisations, will meet officials from the Ministry of Culture and the Zhejiang Provincial Department of Culture.
He will also attend the China-Central & Eastern European Countries Cultural Co-operation Forum in Hangzhou and the Lancang-Mekong Cultural Co-operation Forum in Ningbo.
Under Secretary for Home Affairs Jack Chan will be Acting Secretary during Mr Lau's absence.
