The Centre for Health Protection is investigating Legionnaires’ disease cases involving three men and a woman aged 57 to 77.
They live in North Point, Tai Po and Ap Lei Chau, and have underlying illnesses.
Thirty-five Legionnaires’ disease cases have been reported so far this year.
There were 66 cases in 2015 and 41 in 2014.
