Secretary for Home Affairs Lau Kong-wah and a delegation of performing arts groups and West Kowloon Cultural District Authority staff visited performing arts venues in Beijing today.

They visited the National Centre for the Performing Arts, the largest comprehensive theatre facility in Asia. A number of major performing arts groups from Hong Kong have staged shows in the centre.

Mr Lau and the delegation then visited the Beijing Tianqiao Performing Arts Centre and watched a performance by the Hong Kong Repertory Theatre.
