Secretary for Home Affairs Lau Kong-wah today congratulated Cheung King-lok for winning the first gold medal for Hong Kong at the 2016 Asian Cycling Championships in Japan.
He won the Individual Time Trial (Men-Elite) event.
Mr Lau commended Cheung for his strength and technique, and for winning glory for Hong Kong once again.
He said Hong Kong people will be proud of his achievement.
