The Centre for Food Safety has urged people not to consume a batch of milk found to contain excessive bacteria.

The affected product is Trappist Dairy Hi-Calcium Low Fat Milk Drink, 236ml, with an expiry date of August 29.

The centre also advised people not to consume two milk brands imported from Australia after receiving complaints from people of a strange taste when drinking them.

The affected products are Pauls Fresh Milk and Harvey Fresh Milk, one litre, with an expiry date of September 6.

The centre has informed the vendor and importer concerned, and instructed them to stop selling the products immediately.
