The Centre for Health Protection has identified another food poisoning cluster related to Horng Ryen Jen sandwiches affecting a 38-year-old woman and a three-year-old boy.
They fell ill after eating sandwiches purchased in Taiwan by relatives on July 25.
Both sought medical attention and one has been discharged from hospital.
The centre has identified 31 clusters affecting 88 people so far.
