The Food & Environmental Hygiene Department has cancelled a Sha Tin food factory's licence for repeatedly extending the business area illegally.
It is located at shop 38 on level 1 of Garden Rivera at No. 20-30 Tai Chung Kiu Road.
The establishment was convicted twice this year for breaching the Food Business Regulation and registered 30 demerit points under the department's demerit points system, resulting in the licence cancellation.
