A noodle restaurant in Quarry Bay has been ordered to suspend business for two weeks as the operator repeatedly breached the Food Business Regulation by allowing staff to wash and store food utensils in an alley.
The restaurant, located on the ground floor at 985 King's Road, was ordered to suspend business from today to December 27.
It was convicted twice in May and October for the beach, fined of $3,300 and registered 15 demerit points under Food & Environmental Department’s demerit point system.
