Chief Executive CY Leung has congratulated Hong Kong athletes for winning gold medals in five events at the Incheon Asian Para Games today.
The five events were the Combi Latin Class 1 (Ma Wah-keung and Ho Hei-man); Men's Sabre Individual - Category B (Tam Chik-sum); Table Tennis Women's TT11 Singles (Wong Ka-man), Men's Sabre Team (Chan Wing-kin, Cheong Meng-chai and Tam Chik-sum); and, Lawn Bowls Men's B8 Singles (Chiu Chung-lun).
"They have showcased the spirit of striving for excellence. Hong Kong people are all deeply moved by their performances and appreciate their efforts," Mr Leung said, adding he hopes the Hong Kong delegation continue to strive for great results in the coming events.
