Chief Executive CY Leung has congratulated Vivian Lau, Leung Yuk-wing and Wong Kwan-hang for winning the gold medal in the Boccia Mixed Pairs BC4 event at the Incheon Asian Para Games today.
He said he was thrilled by their exceptional performance and deeply moved by their effort.
He complimented Hong Kong athletes for their excellent performances at the games so far, in which Hong Kong people truly take pride.
The Hong Kong team also won three silver and six bronze medals in the games today. Secretary for Home Affairs Tsang Tak-shing praised the athletes for demonstrating unyielding sportsmanship and hoped they can continue to strive for excellence in the forthcoming events.
