The Home Affairs Bureau today announced appointments to Museum Advisory Panels - for the Art Museum, History Museum and Science Museum.
Stanley Wong, a former Science Museum adviser, will become the new Chairman of the History Museum's advisory panel. While Vincent Lo has been reappointed as Chairman of the Art Museum panel, and Roland Chin as Chairman of the Science Museum's panel of advisers.
All the new appointees start today and will serve until October 19, 2016.
The role of the panels is to advise the Leisure & Cultural Services Department on the positioning, strategies for development, promotion and management of public museums.
