The Department of Health is monitoring seven newly reported Middle East Respiratory Syndrome cases, including one death, in Saudi Arabia.
They are all men, aged 50 to 77.
Five had possible or frequent animal contact or consumed raw camel milk or products, and one resided in an area with a heavy presence of camel farms.
To date, 877 laboratory-confirmed MERS cases have been reported to the WHO globally, including at least 317 deaths.
No MERS cases have been recorded in Hong Kong.
