Chief Executive CY Leung today congratulated windsurfing athletes Cheng Kwok-fai and Hayley Chan for winning gold medals in the Mistral - Men's Windsurfer event and the RS:X - Women's Windsurfer event at the Incheon Asian Games.
"I am thrilled by the athletes' exceptional performance in the events. This is also a piece of great news to all Hong Kong people," Mr Leung said.
He complimented Hong Kong athletes on their determination to excel, which he truly took pride in.
Secretary for Home Affairs Tsang Tak-sing also extended his congratulations to the athletes and encouraged them to keep up their efforts.
