The Food & Environmental Hygiene Department has ordered a Causeway Bay restaurant to suspend business for two weeks for illegally extending its business area.

The restaurant, Happy Fish Bistro at 12 Wun Sha Street, was convicted twice in June for breaching the Food Business Regulation.

It was fined $14,500 and registered 30 demerit points under the department's demerit points system.
