The Centre for Health Protection is investigating a case of Legionnaires' disease involving a 68-year-old man.
He fell ill on July 16 and was admitted to Kwong Wah Hospital on July 29.
He is in stable condition.
He tested positive for the disease today.
It is the 27th case reported this year. There were 28 cases in both 2012 and 2013.
