The Office of Government Chief Information Officer has awarded 12 seniors for using information and communications technology, or ICT, in their daily lives.
They were commended at the Smart Elderly IT Star Awards presentation ceremony today.
The judging panel selected the 12 Smart Elderly IT Stars from 115 nominations.
Speaking at the presentation ceremony, Permanent Secretary for Commerce & Economic Development (Communications & Technology) Susie Ho said: "The awardees have set good examples in using technology to enhance quality of living."
She encouraged them to share their experiences and inspire more seniors to lead a digital life.
