The Food & Environmental Hygiene Department has ordered a Tuen Mun food factory to suspend business for a week for illegally extending its business area.

The premises, on the ground floor of Fung Yu House in Sam Shing Estate, was convicted twice for the offence in February and May last year.

It was fined $8,000 and had 30 demerit points registered against it, resulting in the suspension.
