The tender for a Sha Tin residential site has been awarded on a 50-year land grant at a premium of $1.383 billion, the Lands Department announced today.
Sha Tin Town Lot No. 611 at Whitehead, Ma On Shan, was awarded to Pacific Asia, a subsidiary of Sino Land Company.
It has a site area of 4,620 sq m and is designated for private residential purposes.
The minimum and maximum gross floor areas are 6,653 sq m and 11,088 sq m.
