Gov't property tenders invited

The Government Property Agency is inviting tenders for a three-year tenancy of a government property at No.3, G/F Immigration Tower, Gloucester Road, Wan Chai.
 
The property is for general retail and service purposes except for the sale of cigarettes, cigars, other tobacco products or banking.
 
Tender documents are available on the agency's website.
 
Interested bidders who wish to inspect the site can call 2594 7697 by August 4.
 
Bidders must submit tenders to the Government Logistics Department Tender Box at the North Point Government Offices before noon on August 17.
