$46.5b surplus recorded

The Government recorded a $46.5 billion surplus in January, the Financial Services & the Treasury Bureau announced today.

 

Government expenditure for the 10 months ending January 31 amounted to $377.2 billion, with revenues of $489.1 billion, bringing the cumulative year-to-date surplus of $111.9 billion.

 

Fiscal reserves stood at $954.8 billion as at January 31.
