Secretary for Commerce & Economic Development Gregory So met Philippine Secretary of Trade & Industry Ramon Lopez in Manila today.
They discussed the Hong Kong, China - ASEAN Free Trade Agreement negotiations.
Mr So said the agreement will strengthen economic ties between Hong Kong and ASEAN member states like the Philippines, by facilitating the flow of goods, services and investments.
He also briefed Mr Lopez on Hong Kong's latest developments and promoted bilateral relations.
