The Exchange Fund's total assets increased to $3.5804 trillion in July, up $37.6 billion on June, the Monetary Authority announced today.
Foreign currency assets increased $31.6 billion, while Hong Kong dollar assets increased $6 billion.
The Monetary Base increased $1 billion to $1.6083 trillion.
Backing Assets increased $1.7 billion to $1.7223 trillion.
The backing ratio rose to 107.09%.
