The tender for a Kwai Chung site has been awarded on a 50-year land grant at a premium of $833.88 million, the Lands Department announced today.
Town Lot No. 478 at the junction of Wing Kei Road and Wing Kin Road was awarded to Keen Realty Development, a subsidiary of Billion Real Estate Holdings.
It has a site area of 3,707 square metres and is permissible for uses of industrial; godown and ancillary office; office directly supporting industrial operation; information technology and telecommunications industries; research, design and development centre; laboratory, inspection and testing centre; audio-visual recording studio; media design and media production etc.
The minimum and maximum gross floor areas are 21,130 and 35,216 sq m, including a godown of at least 10,565 sq m.
