The tender for a Tai Po residential site has been awarded on a 50-year land grant at a premium of $1.182 billion, the Lands Department announced today.
Tai Po Town Lot No. 230 on Tai Po Road in Tai Po Kau was awarded to Obtain Holdings, a subsidiary of Manhattan Realty.
It has an area of 27,735 square metres.
The minimum and maximum gross floor areas are 14,477 and 24,128 sq m.
