Hong Kong's foreign currency reserve assets fell by US$1.8 billion to US$357 billion in January, the Monetary Authority announced today.
There were no unsettled foreign exchange contracts at the end of January.
The reserve assets represent over seven times the currency in circulation or 48% of Hong Kong dollar M3.
