A Ho Man Tin site in the 2015-16 Land Sale Programme will be sold by public tender, the Lands Department announced today.
Kowloon Inland Lot No. 11257 on Sheung Shing Street is designated for residential purposes.
The site area is 9,074 square metres, with minimum and maximum gross floor areas of 32,667 and 54,444 sq m.
The tender invitation for the lot will open on January 15 and close on February 26.
Final conditions of sale will be uploaded to the department's website by January 15, when the tender particulars will also be gazetted.
