Hong Kong's official foreign currency reserve assets increased by US$11.4 billion to US$345.8 billion in September, the Monetary Authority announced today.
Including unsettled foreign exchange contracts, foreign currency reserve assets at the end of September stood at US$347.4 billion.
The reserve assets represent more than seven times the currency in circulation, or about 46% of Hong Kong dollar M3.
