The Government will try its best to work with Legislative Council members to establish the Innovation & Technology Bureau as soon as possible.
Secretary for Commerce & Economic Development Gregory So said today the public and the innovation and technology industry want the new bureau, and the Government hopes to set it up at an early date.
He said he will explain the procedure and direction for setting up the bureau to legislators, and called on them to listen to the community's views on the issue.
Meanwhile, he said that ATV has made no application for shareholding changes so far.
