Secretary for Commerce & Economic Development Gregory So attended day two of the Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation Ministers Responsible for Trade meeting in Boracay, the Philippines, today.
Attendees discussed how to foster small and medium enterprises' participation in regional and global markets and spoke with CEOs on global value chains and their benefits to SMEs, e-commerce and innovation.
Outside the meeting, Mr So also met with Malaysia’s Minister of International Trade& Industry Mustapa Mohamed.
Mr So will return to Hong Kong tonight.
