The Exchange Fund's total assets increased to $3.2673 trillion in February, up by $48.2 billion on January, the Monetary Authority announced today.
Foreign currency assets increased by $48.5 billion, while Hong Kong dollar assets decreased by $300 million.
The Monetary Base increased $18.5 billion to $1.3673 trillion.
Backing Assets increased $17.4 billion to $1.4664 trillion.
The backing ratio dropped to 107.24%.
