A Tuen Mun residential site will be sold by public tender, the Lands Department announced today.
Tuen Mun Town Lot No. 514 on Yip Wong Road has a site area of 2,428 square metres and is designated for non-industrial (excluding godown, hotel and petrol station) purposes.
The minimum gross floor area is 7,975 sq m. The maximum gross floor area for non-industrial (excluding godown, hotel, petrol filling station and private residential) purposes is 2,428 sq m. The maximum gross floor area for private residential purposes is computed according to the conditions of sale.
The tender invitation will run from December 19 to January 30.
Final conditions of sale will be uploaded to the department's website by December 19, when the tender particulars are gazetted.
