The Rating & Valuation Department has completed its review of 53,000 objections to the new rateable values in the Valuation List & Government Rent Roll, and has issued Notices of Decision dealing with the objections.

The department said that any changes in rateable value as a result of the objections received from March 17 to May 31 would take effect retrospectively from April 1 this year.

Anyone who lodged an objection but has not yet received a Notice of Decision should call 2150 8902.
