Chief Executive CY Leung has appointed William Leung as chairman of the Estate Agents Authority for a two-year term starting tomorrow.

The authority will also welcome Elaine Liu as vice-chairman and new members Calvin Tse, Lawrence Wong, Ricky Wong, Jane Curzon Lo, Simon Siu, Maggie Tsui and Avon Yue.

Secretary for Transport & Housing Prof Anthony Cheung thanked chairman Vivien Chan and eight retiring members for their contributions and for enhancing the industry's standard of service over the past years.
