A Sha Tin residential site in the 2014-15 land sale programme will be sold by public tender, the Lands Department announced today.
Sha Tin Town Lot No. 587 is on Tai Po Road in Tai Wai, and is designated for private residential purposes and a public vehicle park.
The site area is 6,550 square metres, with minimum and maximum gross floor areas of 8,253 and 13,755 sq m.
The tender invitation for the lot will open on November 14 and close on January 2.
Final conditions of sale for the lot will be uploaded to the department's website by November 14, when the particulars of the tender will also be gazetted.
