The Trade & Industry Department's Support & Consultation Centre for SMEs will hold a competition law seminar on October 28.
Lingnan University Economics Professor Lin Pin and Dr Victor Hung from the Consumer Council's Trade Practices Division are among the guest speakers.
Hong Kong Institute of Patent Attorneys President Dr Lewis Luk and the Honourable President of the Hong Kong General Chamber of Small & Medium Business Felix Chan will also give their views on the Competition Ordinance that was passed in Hong Kong in 2012.
The seminar, to be conducted in Cantonese and Putonghua, will start at 2.30pm in the Central Library.
