Government expenditure for the five months ending August 31 amounted to $153.3 billion, with revenue of $119.1 billion, resulting in a net deficit of $34.2 billion, the Financial Services & the Treasury Bureau announced today.
Fiscal reserves stood at $711.9 billion as at August 31.
