Harbin dialogue:  Mr So meets Heilongjiang Governor Lu Hao.

Secretary for Commerce & Economic Development Gregory So attended Harbin Hong Kong Week 2014 in Heilongjiang today, and met with provincial officials.

 

Mr So delivered a speech at a seminar on business opportunities in Heilongjiang and Hong Kong, saying the Closer Economic Partnership Arrangement can help business development in both places.

 

He later met Heilongjiang Governor Lu Hao.

 

Harbin Hong Kong Week was organised by the Hong Kong and Heilongjiang governments to promote Hong Kong's priority industries and encourage Mainland enterprises to invest in the city.

 

Mr So will open the Hong Kong Trendy Products Expo and the Harbin Hong Kong Brand Festival tomorrow before returning to Hong Kong.
