Secretary for Commerce & Economic Development Gregory So will attend and speak at the opening ceremony for Harbin Hong Kong Week 2014 and 2014 Hong Kong Trendy Products Expo in Harbin on September 19.
He will also attend the opening ceremony for the Harbin Hong Kong Brand Festival and deliver a speech.
Mr So will meet Heilongjiang leaders during his stay in Harbin before he returns to Hong Kong on Friday evening.
Under Secretary for Commerce & Economic Development Godfrey Leung will act as Secretary during Mr So's absence.
