The Rating & Valuation Department has reminded rates or government rent payers to complete and return the requisition forms as soon as possible.
They can do so by visiting the Electronic Submission of Forms page on the department's website.
The department issued about 300,000 forms to payers to obtain their rents and tenancy details for different property categories.
Anyone failing to return the forms within the specified period must apply in writing for an extension of time and state their reasons. Anyone who knowingly or willfully provides a false statement or refuses to furnish any of the particulars in the form commits an offence and will be liable to fines.
