The Sales of First-hand Residential Properties Authority today advised prospective Wings IIIA buyers to clarify whether gas supply pipes are installed in the properties they wish to purchase in the development.

The authority found that in the Wings IIIA sales brochure printed on August 21, some flats did not have gas pipes in their kitchens, which may imply flame cooking is not permitted in those properties.

The authority advised purchasers to read the gas-supply descriptions under the brochure's Fittings, Finishes & Appliances section, and check with the vendor or estate agent.
