Secretary for Commerce & Economic Development Gregory So felt a chill today when he participated in the Ice Bucket Challenge to raise money for sufferers of ALS, or amyotrophic lateral sclerosis.
Hong Kong Television Network head Ricky Wong nominated him to pour the bucket of iced water over himself for charity.
Mr So said he was happy to take on the meaningful challenge and to donate money to the ALS Association, and called on the public to help ALS patients and their families.
Ocean Park adviser Allan Zeman and Director-General of Investment Promotion Simon Galpin also took part in the chilly challenge.
