Secretary for Commerce & Economic Development Gregory So will pay a duty visit to Switzerland from tomorrow until January 26, to attend an informal World Trade Organisation ministerial gathering.
Mr So will meet with Zurich’s senior officials and visit companies to learn about the city’s development in the innovation, technology and creative industries.
He will attend an informal ministerial gathering in Davos on the margins of the World Economic Forum Annual Meeting 2014.
He will also speak at a business luncheon to promote Hong Kong to overseas companies entering Asian markets, especially the Mainland.
Under Secretary for Commerce & Economic Development Godfrey Leung will be the Acting Secretary for Commerce & Economic Development during his absence.
