Petrol station tenders awarded

The Lands Department today awarded two tenders for the development of petrol stations on 21-year land grants at a total premium of $317.776 million.
 
The two sites are on Clear Water Bay Road, Sai Kung, and on Sha Tau Kok Road, Fanling.
 
The former was awarded to ExxonMobil for $115.588 million, while the Fanling site was awarded to Shell for $202.188 million.
 
They were the highest tenderers.
 
A total of nine tenders by five tenderers were received.
